Celestron NexStar 4SE Computerized GoTo Telescope
The Celestron NexStar 4SE telescope offers a great stargazing experience, thanks to several advanced features. With its wide, 102mm aperture and long, 1325mm focal length, the 4SE is able to gather plenty of light for impressive views of our planets, the moon, and deep space objects.
The telescope's compact form factor means you won't be scratching your head wondering where to store it when you're not exploring the universe with it, while its computerized GoTo capability means you wan't spend more than a few minutes setting up before you're observing your favorite celestial objects.
NexStar 4SE with SkyAlign
The NexStar 4SE includes SkyAlign technology, which makes setting up and aiming your telescope easier than ever. Just point your telescope at any three bright objects in the sky and the telescope does all the hard work.
After alignment, you can tell the telescope to point at any of the 40,000 objects in its database and the telescpe will automaticaly slew to center the object in the eyepiece and track it while it moves across the sky. Not sure what to look at? The NexStar 4SE will take you on a guided tour of the best viewing opportunities.
Portable Planatary Telescope
The NexStar series of telescopes disassemble into three highly-portable and lightweight pieces; the optical tube (6lbs), mount arm (7lbs), and tripod (10lbs). The scope is powered by 8 AA batteries, and enabled with WiFi connectivity for a completely wireless experience. You can easily bring this telescope with you campaing, on hikes, or anywhere thanks to its low weight and compact size.
