  • ULTRA SERIES

The Hagan ULTRA Series is dedicated to lightness and speed, while maintaining reliability in challenging and technical terrain. In ’23-’24 the ULTRA Series has been completely reengineered, to create skis with better durability and downhill performance, while still shedding weight. With a double "prepack" foil made of a fiberglass and carbon mixture, in addition to a continuous top layer of carbon, we have achieved just that: even lighter skis that have improved reliability, stability and durability. No stone has been left unturned, as we even changed the composition of our top coat to a glossy finish in order to help reduce weight.  This is my go to ski for big mountain objectives with a long approach.  They ski surprisingly well downhill in crud and heavy snow.

    ULTRA 84

    FOR WHOM?

The ULTRA 84 was developed for challenging and particularly long tours - a universal model for advanced tourers and professionals. With this new design, our team has brought the balance between downhill and uphill performance to a next level.

    SUITABLE FOR WHAT?

With a waist of 84 mm, the ULTRA 84 is an ascent-oriented touring ski. The model is particularly suitable for high alpine tours in demanding terrain, and is light enough to be carried on a pack. Despite the low weight, it can be maneuvered in a controlled manner on the descent and provides stability and holds an edge even in icy conditions.
